About Us

Our story begins in 1972, when Paul Gullickson graduated from college and needed to find a job. Assorted evaluation tools indicated he had a talent and desire to work with people, well as a strong aptitude for mathematics. He also had a healthy dose of determination to succeed.

Paul took a job with an insurance company. He worked hard and long to build his practice. As the practice grew, so did his clients and the complexity of their needs. Eventually, Paul’s sons, Todd and Scott, followed in his footsteps, and established the continuity that Paul sought to offer his clients. The Gullickson Group was born.

Based in Davenport, Iowa, the Gullickson Group serves clients in the Quad Cities and beyond with retirement planning, business succession and estate planning strategies. Though over the years we have developed into specialists in certain areas of financial services, what has remained the same is the warm and welcoming feel of our practice.
